What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the Vibe – You’ll take charge of the front desk and lobby, setting the tone for service, energy, and guest experience every single day.
- Owning the Guest Journey – From check-in to check-out, you’ll ensure every touchpoint is smooth, personal, and memorable.
- Managing the Team – Lead, coach, and develop a high-energy front office team, building a culture that’s confident, capable, and guest-obsessed.
- Running the Operation – Oversee daily front office operations including scheduling, arrivals, departures, and service delivery.
- Handling the Big Moments – Take ownership of guest feedback and escalations, turning challenges into standout experiences.
- Driving Performance – Maximise room revenue through upselling, smart inventory management, and strong commercial awareness.
- MOXY Hybrid Energy – Embrace the Moxy way of working, where front desk meets bar — supporting the social hub and keeping the atmosphere buzzing.
- Connecting the Crew – Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and the wider team to keep everything running seamlessly.
- Stepping Up – Act as Manager on Duty when required, leading the hotel with confidence and accountability.
