Moxie People are supporting a values-led organisation in South Wales through a really exciting period of change and growth. Following a major merger, they’re now looking for an experienced HR Transformation Lead to help bring people, teams and ways of working together — creating alignment, consistency and engagement across the organisation.

This is a genuinely unique opportunity to step into a standalone role where you can make a visible impact.

The role

This isn’t a traditional HRBP role. And it’s not a pure project management position either. This role sits between:

  • HR transformation
  • Organisational development
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • People-focused change

You’ll work closely with senior leaders and managers across the business, helping to:

  • Bring teams together following organisational change
  • Support managers through evolving structures and ways of working
  • Identify what’s working well — and what needs improving
  • Drive engagement and consistency across the organisation
  • Help shape people initiatives around reward, systems, culture and organisational design

Most importantly, you’ll help create an environment where people feel listened to, involved and supported through change.

What they’re looking for

You could come from a number of different backgrounds, but you’ll likely have experience in:

  • Organisational change or transformation
  • HR project delivery
  • Business partnering
  • Restructures, mergers or large-scale change
  • Stakeholder engagement across complex environments

You’ll also be someone who:

  • Builds trust quickly
  • Communicates with empathy and clarity
  • Brings people with you rather than forcing change
  • Is calm, collaborative and solutions-focused
  • Enjoys improving organisations and supporting people through uncertainty

Housing experience would be helpful but absolutely not essential.

Why this role stands out

  • Opportunity to shape a growing organisation post-merger
  • Standalone role with real autonomy and influence
  • Values-led culture with a genuinely supportive environment
  • Flexible / SMART working approach
  • Up to 12% pension contribution + strong benefits package
  • A role where emotional intelligence matters as much as experience
