Your responsibilities will include: Creating a calm, safe, and nurturing environment overnight Building positive, trusting relationships with young people Providing reassurance, guidance, and practical support Helping young people build confidence and independence Keeping clear, accurate records and safeguarding information Working within trauma-informed and psychologically aware frameworks Every night you\’ll play a part in helping young people believe in a brighter future.
