We've a role her where you're not just identifying issues, you're actually seeing the job through.
You'd be stepping into an Asbestos Project Manager role.
- You'll take the lead on remedial programmes coming out of compliance & re‑inspection surveys.
- Scoping the works.
- Managing delivery.
- Making sure it's done properly - on time, in budget, and to the right standard.
- It's proper end‑to‑end responsibility.
The scale is there too:
- Around 55,000 properties
- Over 25,500 domestic homes
- 3,600 + regulation 4 properties
- A team of 10 covering the portfolio
So you're not doing odd one-off jobs, you're part of something sizeable, structured, and ongoing.
Day to day, you'll:
- Scope and manage asbestos remedial works across your region
- Work closely with contractors to deliver safely and compliantly
- Carry out audits and ensure quality standards are met
- Handle customer queries in a practical, straightforward way
- Keep everything aligned with regulations and best practice
You'll report into a Senior Manager (with a technical Asbestos background), someone there to guide, not micromanage.
