We’re supporting a growing legal team that works closely with housing associations and purpose-led organisations across Wales, helping them manage complex housing matters that directly impact local communities. If you’re a solicitor who enjoys varied, practical legal work and wants to apply your legal skills in a values-driven environment, this could be a brilliant next step.

You’ll work across a wide range of housing-related legal matters, supporting organisations that provide homes and services to thousands of people across Wales. The work is interesting, varied and genuinely meaningful, combining legal expertise with practical problem solving.

  • Advising on housing management matters
  • Handling housing disrepair and property condition claims
  • Drafting legal documentation and providing practical advice to clients
  • Building trusted relationships with housing professionals and operational teams

The role offers excellent exposure and the opportunity to develop real expertise in housing law and housing litigation, an area of law that is growing in importance across Wales. We’re open to solicitors at an early stage of qualification who are keen to develop their career within housing law. You might already have experience in litigation or property law, or you might simply be motivated by the chance to apply your legal skills in a purpose-driven sector.
