Support Worker β Make a Real Difference Every Day
Location: Mountain Ash β Rhondda Cynon Taff
Hours: Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends & sleep-ins.
16 to 37.5 hours per week
Full and part time positions available
Salary: Β£12.60 to Β£12.78 per hour
Temp to perm and permanent contracts are available

As a Support Worker, you\βll be at the heart of someone\βs journey β helping them gain confidence, achieve personal goals, and enjoy everyday activities. No two days are the same. One day you could be helping with daily routines, the next you might be supporting someone to join a community activity, or even going on holiday with them.
- Practical support β from household tasks, shopping and meal preparation, to personal care.
- Emotional support β being a listening ear, encouraging independence, and promoting wellbeing.
- Community support β helping people to build connections, friendships and enjoy activities that matter to them.
