We are looking for a hands-on Surveyor to join our client's team, inspecting homes, spotting defects, and delivering practical solutions. You will manage repairs, minor and major works, and support projects from start to finish.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting properties and assessing repairs or disrepair issues.
  • Preparing technical reports and schedules of work.
  • Working with trades, contractors, and internal teams to ensure jobs are done right.
  • Approving and monitoring adaptations like Disabled Facility Grants.
  • Supporting planned maintenance programmes and providing practical advice.
  • Delivering excellent customer service when dealing with queries or complaints.

You will need:

  • Experience in building surveying.
  • HND/HNC, or equivalent in Building Surveying or a construction-related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office; maintenance software experience is a plus.
