Moxie People is working with a large, purpose-led organisation, based across multiple campuses in Rhondda Cynon Taff. We\’re looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join their People team on a temporary basis until the end of January 2026.

Job Title: Senior People Business Partner
Contract: Temporary (maternity cover)
Hours: 30-32 per week, over 4 days
Duration: Until end of January 2026
Location: Rhondda Cynon Taff (multi-site travel required)
Hourly Rate: £20.98 to £23.33 p/hour PAYE (including holiday pay)
DBS check may be required
What You\’ll Do as the People Business Partner
Partner with leaders to support the delivery of strategic aims and build strong relationships.
Act as the go-to advisor on absence, performance, probation, capability and employee relations cases.
Support recruitment alongside the Talent Attraction lead (packs, advertising, shortlisting, interviews).
Provide people data insights to inform decisions and action plans.
Help maintain stability after a recent restructure, taking on business partnering responsibilities from the Head of Service.
Mentor and support colleagues in the People and Culture team.
Champion equality, diversity and inclusion across the organisation.
