We are on the lookout for a Housing Support Worker for an incredible housing charity in the RCT / Pontypridd area.

What will you do?
- The role of the Support Worker is to assist single women with complex issues.
- You will be involved in the day to day support of service users.
- This is a women's service in the RCT area, focused on housing support.
- The service is funded by the Wales Housing Support Grant (HSG).
- You will carry a caseload of service users / clients.
- Undertake safety planning (MARF, SEREF, MARAC).
- Complete needs and risk assessments.
What do we need?
- Someone with excellent experience gained within the housing sector (charity, local authority etc.).
- A great support worker.
- A good understanding of Health and Safety and safeguarding processes.
- Drivers licence with access to your own car.
- Good knowledge of the services and organisations across the local area.
- Able to manage a caseload.
- A DBS on the update service or able to complete a new enhanced DBS check.
