They are looking for a People Advisor who brings solid HR foundations, a proactive mindset, and a real desire to grow their HR career. This role is all about fit and values. You will be joining a small, supportive People team where collaboration, curiosity, and care for people truly matter.

The role - what you will be doing

  • Employee relations support (low-volume casework, high-quality guidance)
  • Recruitment and onboarding support
  • HR administration and process improvement
  • Supporting managers with people-related queries and best practice
  • Contributing to projects and continuous improvement across the People function

About you - what they are looking for

This role would suit someone who is passionate about HR and excited to develop their skills within a purpose-driven organisation. You will ideally have:

  • Experience in ER casework AND recruitment (even if not high volume)
  • CIPD Level 3 (Level 5 or above is a bonus)
  • A proactive, organised, and curious approach
  • Strong people skills and confidence supporting managers and colleagues
  • A genuine interest in learning, developing, and building a long-term HR career
