You'll bring structure, visibility and assurance - making sure statutory checks are completed, risks are understood, and the service is running smoothly day‑to‑day. You'll support and guide operational teams, build confidence, and use data and insight to drive improvements that genuinely matter to residents.

Key areas you'll oversee include:

  • Responsive repairs and service quality
  • Landlord compliance and safety
  • WHQS Addendum delivery
  • Contractor performance and KPIs
  • Escalations, complaints and risk management
  • Supporting fleet procurement and operational planning

What's on offer

  • A values‑driven organisation with a warm, people‑centred culture
  • A role where your leadership directly improves safety, quality and resident experience

About you

You'll thrive here if you:

  • Have senior experience in repairs, property services, compliance or landlord safety
  • Can lead multi‑trade teams, contractors and operational staff with confidence and empathy
  • Understand statutory servicing, WHQS, HHSRS, and landlord compliance
  • Are calm under pressure and able to bring structure to busy services
