Are you an experienced HR generalist with a solid background in employee relations, looking to make a real impact in your next role? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a leading Healthcare organisation on a long term contract to cover maternity. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work closely with managers and employees to build a positive, supportive, and engaging workplace where every team member feels valued and motivated. You'll be joining an established HR team with a positive, collaborative culture where open communication, shared problem-solving, and mutual support are at the heart of everything they do. Role: HR Advisor Location: Cardiff (Hybrid – 4 days in-office) Salary: up to £34,000 per annum Contract: 12 months Key Responsibilities: Provide coaching and guidance to managers, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies. Handle a diverse caseload, including absence, conduct, grievance, and capability matters. Be a key point of contact for employees, advising on HR policies and procedures. Support managers with absence and attrition tracking and coordinate Occupational Health support when required. Maintain and update HR information systems, generating reports to support the department's needs. Contribute actively to team KPIs and initiatives to boost engagement and staff retention.
