If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a leading Healthcare organisation on a long term contract to cover maternity. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work closely with managers and employees to build a positive, supportive, and engaging workplace where every team member feels valued and motivated. You'll be joining an established HR team with a positive, collaborative culture where open communication, shared problem-solving, and mutual support are at the heart of everything they do. Role: HR Advisor Location: Cardiff (Hybrid – 4 days in-office) Salary: up to £34,000 per annum Contract: 12 months Key Responsibilities: Provide coaching and guidance to managers, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies. Handle a diverse caseload, including absence, conduct, grievance, and capability matters. Be a key point of contact for employees, advising on HR policies and procedures.
