Moxie People is proud to be working with a well-regarded care provider in Carmarthenshire to recruit a permanent HR Advisor to join their friendly and collaborative team. This is a key role supporting managers with a broad range of HR responsibilities, with a strong focus on employee relations casework.

What\’s in it for you:

What You\’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a varied ER caseload including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance cases
• Preparing case-related documentation such as disciplinary packs, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and compliant
• Providing clear and practical advice to managers on all areas of HR policy and best practice
• Supporting the team with generalist HR activity across the business
• Ensuring excellent attention to detail in all communications and documentation
• Helping to maintain a consistent and people-focused HR service

• A proactive, adaptable HR all-rounder with solid generalist experience
• Confident managing ER casework from end to end
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work at pace
• A natural communicator who fits well into a friendly, values-led team
• Someone with a \’can-do\’ attitude who genuinely cares about doing the right thing for people and the organisation
