Are you an HR professional who enjoys being out in the business, building relationships and making a real difference day‑to‑day? We're working with a values‑led housing organisation at an exciting time of growth and change. Following a recent merger, they're building something new, a forward‑thinking, community‑focused organisation with a clear purpose: creating connected communities where people can live well. They're now looking for an HR Advisor on a temporary basis to support their People team through a busy period.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting HR Business Partners with day‑to‑day advisory activity
- Assisting with recruitment activity, working closely with hiring managers
- Providing support through a live consultation process within Property & Places
- Managing entry‑level disciplinaries and investigations
- Getting involved in general HR admin and coordination tasks
- Attending meetings, taking notes and supporting across sites
You’ll be out and about up to 3 or 4 times a week, spending time in different offices and with operational teams - this is not a desk‑based HR role.
About you:
- Has experience in an HR Advisory role
- Is confident supporting ER casework (disciplinaries, investigations, consultations)
- Enjoys being visible in the business and building relationships
- Is organised, proactive and happy to get stuck into admin when needed
- Can manage a varied workload in a fast‑paced environment
- Holds a full UK driving licence and can travel between sites
