We're looking for an experienced Repairs Supervisor, Voids Supervisor or Trade Manager to lead the delivery of empty homes across a busy patch covering Bracknell, Ascot, Windsor and Slough.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of properties, lead your own team of trades, and play a key role in getting much-needed homes ready for new residents.
You'll be joining a well-established team responsible for transforming empty properties into safe, high-quality homes. From the initial inspection through to final sign-off, you'll oversee the entire process, ensuring works are completed safely, to a high standard. The role involves managing directly employed operatives and specialist contractors while driving performance, quality and customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
- Managing a team of trade operatives delivering void works across your area.
- Surveying empty properties, scoping repairs and allocating work efficiently.
- Monitoring productivity, quality and turnaround times to ensure homes are ready for re-let.
- Carrying out inspections and ensuring completed works meet required standards.
- Managing specialist contractors, ensuring performance, compliance and value for money
- Supporting and developing your team through coaching, guidance and regular engagement.
- Driving a strong health and safety culture
Who we're looking for

You'll have experience managing operatives or contractors within social housing, repairs, maintenance, voids or construction environments. Most importantly, you'll know how to get the best from people, keep jobs moving and maintain high standards without compromising safety.
