What you'll be doing
You'll be working as part of a planned works team delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
The work includes:
- Full and partial electrical rewires
- Consumer unit upgrades
- Electrical installations within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
- Extractor fan installations and replacements
- Testing and inspection
- Fault finding where required
- Completing work orders via PDA/smartphone
The work is scheduled and planned in advance, giving you time to do the job properly and provide a great service for residents.

- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
