The Role
You’ll be responsible for carrying out Fire Risk Assessments across a range of residential, commercial and public sector properties throughout the South Coast and surrounding areas.
You’ll manage your own workload, undertake site visits and produce high-quality reports that provide practical and proportionate recommendations.
What we’re Looking For
- Experience carrying out Fire Risk Assessments ( IFE level 3)
- Strong understanding of current fire safety legislation and guidance
- Excellent report writing skills
- A practical, common-sense approach to fire safety
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage your own diary
