About the role As part of the in-house repairs team, you\’ll carry out electrical maintenance, testing and repairs across homes and communal spaces.
You\’ll take pride in delivering a right-first-time service, using your skills to keep customers safe and informed.
Day to day, you\’ll complete EICRs, maintain and replace ventilation systems (MVHR, MEV, PIV), service emergency lighting, and handle general electrical upgrades.
You\’ll also support wider repairs by carrying out basic carpentry or plumbing adjustments when needed.
Working closely with schedulers, trade managers and colleagues across property services, you\’ll keep customers updated, record your work accurately, and follow all health and safety requirements.
About you You\’ll thrive here if you: Are a qualified, time-served Electrician with NVQ Level 3 and 18th Edition.
Have experience in domestic repairs, testing and ventilation systems.
Enjoy working directly with customers and take pride in being helpful, respectful and reliable.
Can use IT systems and PDAs confidently.
Care about doing safe, compliant work and looking out for vulnerable residents.
Are flexible, positive and comfortable working as part of a supportive team.
