Are you an HR or Reward professional who enjoys making pay, benefits and recognition feel fair, clear and meaningful?
Moxie People is recruiting a Reward Partner for a large, purpose‑led housing organisation.
This role would suit someone who likes the detail of reward, but also wants their work to improve the colleague experience.
You’ll support the Reward and Recognition Lead with salary benchmarking, job evaluation, benefits, reward queries, data analysis and recognition projects.
You’ll be part of an organisation with a strong social purpose, supporting colleagues who help deliver homes, services and community impact across the South and South West of England.
What you’ll be doing
- Job evaluation and salary benchmarking
- External salary survey submissions
- Reward queries and challenges
- Benefits management and the annual benefits window
- Reward data analysis and reporting
- Gender Pay Gap and Equal Pay reporting
- Recognition initiatives
- Working with HR colleagues, leaders, suppliers and external partners
This is a hands‑on role with real influence. You’ll need to be comfortable with detail, data, pace and stakeholder conversations.
What you’ll bring
You’ll bring experience from a reward‑focused role or a broader HR role with strong reward exposure.
You’ll also need
- CIPD Level 3, or equivalent experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Confidence working with large data sets
- Experience of job evaluation, benchmarking, benefits or recognition
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities
- A curious, proactive approach to improving how things work
You don’t need to be the finished article, but you do need to be accurate, organised and confident turning data into useful insight.
