Do you love bringing order to busy schedules, keeping multiple projects on track and making sure people have everything they need to succeed?

We're working with a forward‑thinking organisation that's investing heavily in its people, culture and future. As part of an ambitious transformation journey, they're looking for a Learning Co-ordinator to become the backbone of their Learning & Organisational Development team.

This is far more than an administration role. You'll be at the centre of learning delivery, helping colleagues access the right development opportunities, supporting the roll out of a brand‑new Learning Management System, and ensuring learning across the organisation runs seamlessly.

What you'll be doing

You'll work closely with colleagues, managers, subject matter experts and external providers to ensure every learning intervention is delivered professionally and efficiently.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Coordinating learning events from planning through to completion
• Managing mandatory and compliance training programmes
• Maintaining accurate learning records within the Learning Management System
• Producing reports on learning activity, attendance and compliance
• Supporting the roll out of a brand-new Learning Management System
• Monitoring learning budgets and expenditure
• Managing shared inboxes and team calendars
• Supporting wider Talent, Learning & Organisational Development initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

What we're looking for

Ideally you'll have:

• Previous experience in administration, coordination or project support
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Outstanding attention to detail
• A customer-focused approach with great communication skills
• An interest in Learning & Development, HR or Talent
• An understanding of employee learning, development or organisational change
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using systems
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
