What you'll be doing

You'll manage a varied caseload across rent, ASB and tenancy management, supporting customers to maintain successful tenancies and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing rent accounts, arrears and income recovery
  • Supporting new tenancies, sign-ups and tenancy sustainment
  • Investigating and managing reports of anti-social behaviour
  • Carrying out tenancy visits, welfare checks and property inspections
  • Providing person-centred support and coaching to help customers maintain their tenancies
  • Gathering accurate evidence, statements and case documentation
  • Working closely with Police, Local Authority teams and partner agencies
  • Making referrals to internal and external support services
  • Managing tenancy breaches and progressing enforcement action where required
  • Maintaining accurate, GDPR-compliant records
  • Contributing to community wellbeing and early intervention initiatives

What we're looking for

You'll need to be confident managing a mixed caseload and comfortable working independently across a patch. We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong experience in tenancy management, income recovery or ASB casework
  • Knowledge of relevant housing legislation (Renting Homes Wales desirable)
  • Experience working with Police, Local Authorities and partner agencies
  • Ability to handle challenging conversations and complex cases
  • Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional approach
  • Strong organisation skills and accurate record keeping
