Looking for a role where you can take charge of contract management, drive value for money, and ensure top-quality Damp & Mold repairs within Social housing Properties? We’re on the lookout for a skilled Contract Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our Clients Damp & Mold programme.
Salary and benefits:
£400 – £500 per day.
12 month FTC contract.
8 hour working day.
Choice of flexible working days (3 days office-based).
Relaxed yet driven culture in the team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the in-house Surveying team, ensuring delivery of repairs & void refurbishments.
- Overseeing budgets and reporting on weekly/daily activity across the housing portfolio, making sure the best value for money.
- Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring KPIs are met.
- Leading client meetings and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analysing reports, challenging costs, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong contract management experience (TPC or JCT preferred) within Social Housing.
- Knowledge of M3NHF Schedule of Rates.
- Sound commercial awareness & budget management skills.
- Strong technical understanding of domestic building repairs.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & maintenance management software.
- Full driving licence & access to transport.
