They are looking for a highly organised and dependable Compliance Assistant to join the team on a part‑time basis. About the Role
Working closely with the Compliance Manager and reporting to the firm’s COLP, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping to maintain and update firm‑wide compliance policies and procedures
- Conducting client due diligence checks and risk reviews (including Thirdfort referrals)
- Supporting audits and internal checks such as file reviews
- Co‑ordinating compliance training sessions
- Assisting with the monitoring of complaints, claims, and data breach registers
This is a varied and meaningful role within a team that values fresh ideas, continuous improvement, and collaborative working.
