About the Role
- Coaching, motivating, and developing operatives to deliver excellent workmanship and customer care
- Identifying skills gaps and aligning workforce capability with service demand
- Supporting the delivery of repairs, refurbishment, and maintenance services, including occasional out‑of‑hours cover
- Ensuring resources such as materials, vehicles, and equipment are used effectively and efficiently
- Leading by example and modelling the behaviours that support a positive, inclusive team culture
What We're Looking For
- Experience supervising or managing an operational or trade‑based workforce
