About the role
You'll be carrying out plumbing repairs, full bathroom installs, and general maintenance across occupied and empty properties. The work is varied, steady, and you'll have the support of a proper team behind you.
Day‑to‑day, you'll be:
- Installing and repairing baths, basins, toilets, showers and cladding
- Tiling walls and floors
- Completing basic carpentry, plaster patching and guttering
- Working safely in tenants' homes and communal areas
- Using a handheld device to log jobs
- Keeping your van stocked so you can finish jobs first time
