If you’re a credible, relationship‑driven professional with strong knowledge of the Welsh housing landscape and you enjoy helping organisations solve problems, improve outcomes and get the best from their procurement routes, this could be an exceptional next step.
About the role: As Head of Member Services, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for housing associations and local authorities across Wales, providing trusted advice, challenge and support across procurement, contract management and strategic engagement. Key areas of responsibility include:
- Building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with Welsh housing associations and local authorities
- Acting as the main point of contact for member enquiries, support and problem‑solving
- Leading and supporting compliant procurement activity from engagement through to award

- Providing after‑contract support and acting as a trusted “critical friend”
- Monitoring regional performance, KPIs and reporting through internal systems
- Representing the organisation at sector events, conferences and member meetings
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver seamless services
What’s on offer: £60,000, depending on experience. Hybrid working with autonomy over your schedule. 25 days annual leave, rising each year (up to +5), plus bank holidays. Private health insurance (post‑probation). Death in service cover. Supportive, values‑driven culture with strong team collaboration. Opportunities to attend sector conferences, away days and regional events.
About you: You’ll thrive here if you:
- Have strong knowledge of the Welsh housing sector (client side or supply chain)
- Bring credibility, networks and a positive reputation within the sector
- Are confident managing relationships with senior stakeholders
- Have experience in procurement, asset management, consultancy or contract management
- Are organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Communicate clearly and build trust quickly
