Moxie People is delighted to be supporting a wonderful Cardiff-based charity in recruiting a Fundraising Database Administrator to join their friendly and welcoming team on a temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and database experience who enjoys keeping things organised, working accurately and supporting a busy team.
You’ll be joining a warm, sociable and energetic fundraising team, playing an important part in ensuring supporter information and donations are managed efficiently, helping the charity continue its vital work across Cardiff.

- Updating and managing information on the fundraising database.
- Producing mailing lists, data extracts and reports to support fundraising activities.
- Carrying out data cleansing and identifying any inaccuracies or duplicate records.
- Supporting Gift Aid administration and donation reconciliation.
- Ensuring all information is handled confidentially and in accordance with GDPR.
- Providing general administrative support to colleagues across the fundraising team.
What are we looking for?
We’re keen to speak with experienced administrators who are confident working with databases and have a great eye for detail.

- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail when managing information.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
- An understanding of GDPR and the importance of handling confidential information.
- A positive, proactive approach and a willingness to support colleagues.
Previous experience within a charity or fundraising environment would be a real advantage, as would knowledge of Raiser's Edge or Blackbaud. However, neither is essential if you have strong transferable administration and database skills.
Above all, we’re looking for someone reliable, methodical and comfortable working with detailed information who can quickly become a valued part of the team.
