This Finance & Administration Officer opportunity sits at the heart of a purpose-driven organisation working across Wales to create a fairer housing sector. It’s a varied and rewarding role where strong financial administration, attention to detail and great organisational skills help ensure the organisation can focus on delivering real impact. You’ll be joining a small, friendly and collaborative team, many of whom have worked together for a number of years. Responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices, expenses and supplier payments
- Coordinating payroll with an external provider
- Maintaining financial records and supporting bookkeeping
- Carrying out bank reconciliations and supporting financial reporting
- Supporting administration including meetings, records and office systems
- Providing administrative support for events and projects
- Supporting governance processes including board meetings and minute-taking
About you
You’ll likely have experience in finance administration, bookkeeping or office administration, along with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. We’re particularly interested in people who:
- Are confident managing financial administration such as invoicing or payments
- Have strong organisational and record-keeping skills
- Are comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Communicate well and build positive working relationships
- Can work independently in a remote environment
Experience with Sage, CRM systems or minute-taking would be beneficial. Welsh language skills are welcomed but not essential.
