Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing invoices, expenses and supplier payments
  • Coordinating payroll with an external provider
  • Maintaining financial records and supporting bookkeeping
  • Carrying out bank reconciliations and supporting financial reporting
  • Supporting administration including meetings, records and office systems
  • Providing administrative support for events and projects
  • Supporting governance processes including board meetings and minute-taking

About you

You’ll likely have experience in finance administration, bookkeeping or office administration, along with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. We’re particularly interested in people who:

  • Are confident managing financial administration such as invoicing or payments
  • Have strong organisational and record-keeping skills
  • Are comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Communicate well and build positive working relationships
  • Can work independently in a remote environment

Experience with Sage, CRM systems or minute-taking would be beneficial. Welsh language skills are welcomed but not essential.
