About the role
- Reporting into senior property leadership, you'll lead a small specialist team focused on asset strategy, planned works, and energy efficiency retrofit.
- Your work will shape how homes perform today - and for decades to come.
- Leading and developing an Asset & Decarbonisation team, creating a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Overseeing planned and major works programmes, ensuring quality, value for money, and resident satisfaction.
