About the role
Reporting into senior property leadership, you'll lead a small specialist team focused on asset strategy, planned works, and energy efficiency retrofit. Your work will shape how homes perform today - and for decades to come.
- Leading and developing an Asset & Decarbonisation team, creating a culture of ownership and accountability
- Overseeing planned and major works programmes, ensuring quality, value for money, and resident satisfaction
- Managing retrofit and decarbonisation projects to meet energy efficiency targets
- Using asset data and condition surveys to inform long‑term investment planning
- Procuring and managing contractors, ensuring compliance, safety, and strong performance
- Working collaboratively across the organisation to improve services and outcomes for residents
