We're working with a values-led housing organisation in South Wales who are looking for a temporary Administrator to support their Lettings / Tenancy Management team for around 4 weeks. This is a lovely opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised, helping people, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
The team are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, pick up systems quickly, and bring a proactive, detail-focused approach to day-to-day admin support. Housing experience would be great, but it's definitely not essential - attitude, reliability, and strong admin skills are the priority.

The Role
You'll be supporting a busy Lettings / Tenancy Management function with a range of administration tasks including:
- Managing inboxes and Outlook diaries
- Supporting the team with general administration
- Using Excel, Word, Teams, and internal systems
- Mail merges and document preparation
- Data input and record management
- Helping ensure processes are completed accurately and efficiently
We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong administration experience
- Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Has good numeracy and attention to detail
- Picks up new systems quickly
- Communicates well and enjoys working as part of a team
- Can work independently and manage their time effectively
- Has housing sector experience (desirable, not essential)
