Location: Bridgend area
Hours: Flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends & sleep-ins)
Contracts: 16 to 37.5 hours per week (full & part-time available)
Salary: Approx. £26,325 per year (£13.50 per hour)
Sleep-in rate: £65.68 per shift
Waking nights: £17.96 per hour (1.3x hourly rate)
