We're partnering with a well-established Housing Association seeking a reliable Multi-Skilled Operative to carry out repairs and maintenance across occupied homes in the Bracknell area. You'll be delivering high-quality work while treating every property with care and respect.

The Role
- Carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in occupied properties
- Carpentry work - doors, frames, skirting, kitchens
- Plumbing tasks - leaks, tap changes, sanitary repairs
- Patch plastering, tiling, and general making good
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Providing a professional and respectful service to tenants
What You'll Need
- NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 (Carpentry preferred, Plumbing also considered)
- Experience within social housing repairs & maintenance
- Multi-trade capability (plastering, tiling, basic brickwork, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
