We’re looking for a Designer to be part of a fast-moving, data-driven marketing team to make a real impact on people’s lives. You’ll bring the brand to life across every touchpoint – social, digital, and beyond using video and animation. A love of social media, advertising, and storytelling will help.
About you:
- Previous motion graphics experience.
- 3+ years in design to include video or animation for ads, campaigns and social media – agency or brand-side.
- Experience of storyboarding, shooting and editing short-form videos, from TikTok-style reels to marketing campaign content.
- Ability to create emotion-led voxpops, real-life stories and other impactful content.
- A natural born storyteller, understanding how emotional hooks drive performance.
- Value the mix of data and intuition – collaborating with others to understand what works and helping shape creative that connects.
What you’ll do:
- Create scroll-stopping video content that builds brand and drives engagement across social, digital and paid platforms.
- With direction from a Creative Lead, storyboard, shoot, and edit short-form videos, from TikTok-style reels to marketing campaign content.
- Bring ideas to life with motion design and animation, turning static assets into dynamic, emotion-led storytelling.
- Craft design concepts that tie together visuals, copy and sound into one creative idea.
- Design and produce ads across multiple formats (video, static, carousel, display, OOH) that make people feel something.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, partnerships, and other teams to deliver campaigns that connect across the full customer journey.
- Experiment with new tools and trends (AI, interactive formats, emerging platforms) to keep creative fresh and future-facing.
- Elevate the brand storytelling, from typography to transitions, making sure everything published feels unique.
- Travel to interview members or attend partner events, to seize the opportunity to create emotion-led voxpops, real-life stories and other impactful content.
- Use your voice in workshops, ideation sessions, and creative reviews – contributing ideas.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to become more efficient and effective, producing more, quicker, and better, without losing the human touch.
- Enjoy learning from results, and share insights so creative gets smarter every time.
