An exciting opportunity for an Account Director to join a growing integrated creative agency, leading key client relationships, driving commercial growth and delivering ambitious campaigns for globally recognised brands.
This is a senior client services role for someone who enjoys building trusted partnerships, identifying opportunities and bringing together creative, production, performance marketing, CRM, PR and influencer expertise to deliver integrated solutions.
You’ll work closely with senior agency leadership to grow accounts, support new business and ensure exceptional client delivery from brief through to fulfilment.
Experience working with enterprise clients or brands in entertainment, media, music, film, gaming, technology, toys or wider popular culture sectors is pretty crucial.
The Role
As Account Director, you will
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic partner.
- Grow and develop key accounts, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and deepen client partnerships.
- Lead integrated campaigns across creative, production, performance marketing and related disciplines.
- Develop strategic responses to client briefs, bringing together the right expertise across the agency.
- Oversee the delivery of global creative assets and multi-market campaigns, ensuring work meets client objectives and delivers maximum impact.
- Own commercial performance across your accounts, including forecasting, pipeline management, budgeting and profitability.
- Lead client presentations, pitches and reporting, providing insight and identifying future opportunities.
- Work closely with creative and technical teams to solve challenges and deliver high-quality work.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing Client Services team.
About You
You’ll be an experienced agency Account Director with a commercial mindset and a passion for delivering integrated campaigns that make an impact.
You’ll have
- Experience in an Account Director role within a creative, integrated, marketing, communications or digital agency.
- A proven track record of growing client accounts and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing forecasts, pipelines and account profitability.
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns spanning creative, performance marketing and digital production.
Knowledge of PR and influencer marketing would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
- Experience delivering global creative assets or multi-market campaigns for international brands.
- Excellent presentation and pitching skills.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to work effectively across creative and technical teams.
