Administrator for a marketing and communications team based in Wiltshire (office-based 2 days per week, with flexibility for hybrid working). Moxie and Mettle is partnering with a respected consultancy to recruit an organised, detail-driven Administrator. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, supporting multiple teams and projects in a purpose-led environment.
About the consultancy:
They provide development services across project design and delivery, project and grant management, technical and institutional strengthening, and training/capacity building. With around 50 staff across the UK, they work internationally with clients around the globe.
The role:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to teams working across multiple international development projects.
- Support diary management, meeting coordination, logistics and travel arrangements (as required).
- Draft, format and proofread documents and reports, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
- Maintain orderly digital filing systems and keep project information up to date.
- Support internal processes and ad hoc tasks, using initiative and good judgement to keep things moving.
About you:
- Highly organised, efficient and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Confident in proofreading and formatting documents.
- IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Desirable: previous experience in an administrative role and/or an interest in marketing, communications or international development.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Applications are welcomed from candidates available full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week).
What’s on offer:
- Salary: £24,000 –£26,000 per annum (depending on experience)
