A brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded partnerships specialist who wants real progression. We’re looking for someone ready to take ownership of a high-performing partnerships portfolio now and grow into a Head Of role within three to five years.
This is a role with genuine influence, shaping how the business scales and how partnerships drive long-term commercial growth. You’ll bring strong financial and commercial experience, ideally from comparison sites, fintech or consulting, and you’ll be confident working with CAC, LTV and the levers that drive revenue.
You’ll know how to turn insight into strategy, build senior relationships that convert into commercial outcomes and operate comfortably in a fast-moving, data-led environment. You’ll also have the credibility to represent the function at a senior level and the appetite to grow into a leadership role.
You’ll take full accountability for partnership performance, lead strategy across your portfolio, unlock new opportunities and guide partnerships from agreement to launch. You’ll report directly to the senior leader responsible for the function and play a meaningful role in shaping the wider commercial approach.
The role is fully remote with occasional visits to the Bristol office.
