Moxie and Mettle is supporting a growing Bristol-based B2B service organisation in the search for a senior marketing manager to take responsibility for digital lead generation, product positioning, and brand building.
The clear focus is on generating high-quality MQLs and SQLs through content production and distribution using all available digital channels (email, social, other) and the latest technology.
You must have significant expertise and a natural inclination to use automation tools, AI, A/B testing, lead-capture forms, as well as HubSpot, GA4, GSC, Hotjar and other tools to optimise online conversion funnels.
You must also be comfortable managing the company’s comprehensive and well-maintained market database on HubSpot and in Excel.
Working alongside an accomplished leadership and commercial team with a track record of generating leads through networking and industry events and converting them to sales, you will be tasked with adding to the organisation a repeatable digital lead generation engine to secure meetings and thus accelerate the company’s growth and market share.
