Senior Architect - Poole (Full time, studio-based)
MOXEY is an architecture, interiors and construction practice in Poole. We design and build our own projects, so your drawings go straight from our studio onto our own sites. Current work includes a complex new coastal house in Sandbanks and one-off homes across the area.
We're looking for a senior architect to lead our small design team and take ownership of our technical drawings. This is a hands-on role: you'll lead the team and produce drawings yourself.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor the design team
- Own drawings from planning through to construction packages
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants and our own site and QS team
- Help shape studio standards and ArchiCAD templates
What we're looking for
- ARB registered with Part 3
- Expert ArchiCAD user
- Strong technical detailing and full construction package experience
- Experience leading a small team
- High-end or one-off residential experience
You'll be very technical, excited by the opportunity, and happy to lead while getting stuck in.
40 hours a week in our Poole studio, five days a week. 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays.
