SDUK\’s brands include the nation\’s favourite cheese brand Cathedral City, along with other well-known butter & spreads (Clover, Country Life, Vitalite, Utterly Butterly), functional ingredients, and dairy-free products.

We are hiring two sales representatives to support our efforts in expanding further into the food service sector, focusing on generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts across our entire product portfolio.

With existing relationships and data to support your success, you\’ll play a key role in driving business in channels with substantial growth potential. This involves contacting end users to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your career while applying innovative approaches to ensure our proposals stand out.

Key Contributions

  • Engaging directly with product end-users, creating and presenting solution-led propositions in partnership with commercial, chef, and innovation teams to increase volume through our out-of-home (OOH) customers.
  • Conducting market, customer, and channel research to understand usage and application, providing insights to inform new product development (NPD) and existing product development (EPD).
  • Presenting to regional teams to secure new business and grow sales within existing customer bases.
  • Attending exhibitions and trade shows to showcase our portfolio, generate leads, and explore new opportunities.
  • Supporting projects with a problem-solving approach to unlock solutions for current and prospective clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in a sales or customer management role within FMCG, retail, or food service sectors.
  • Proven ability to identify and unlock new business through innovative methods.
  • Experience in managing and growing existing accounts with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Resilient, driven, and results-oriented, with excellent cross-functional relationship skills.
  • Good commercial and business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and generate insights.
  • A passion for our products and a resilient, proactive attitude.
