To help us on our mission, we are looking for a Bookings Assistant to join our fast-growing central bookings team based in Knutsford.

We are looking for someone who can:

Assist with all restaurant booking enquiries both over the phone and through our booking system,
Be the first point of contact for our customers providing them with great customer service throughout,
Ideally have previous experience with events and reservations as well as booking systems,
And confidently manage their time well and have strong organisational skills.

This is a temporary role with the possible opportunity for a permanent role after 3 months and given the nature of the role, we are looking for someone who also has a flexible schedule and who is available to work weekends.
