Public Area Cleaner
Hours:6:00am to 9:00am
4 days per week
Rolling rota, including weekends
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Public Area Cleaner to join our housekeeping team at The Lion Inn.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all public areas are cleaned and presented to an exceptionallyhigh standard before our guests arrive each day. Pride in your work, excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all public areas to a consistently high standard.
- Clean and maintain guest and customer toilets throughout the venue.
- Vacuum, mop, dust and polish public areas and surfaces.
- Ensure entrances, corridors and reception areas are clean, tidy and welcoming.
- Replenish cleaning and guest consumables as required.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow all health and safety, cleaning and hygiene procedures.
- Work efficiently and ensure all areas are ready before guests arrive.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach at all times.
