The Coaching Inn Group is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Operative to safeguard the safety, compliance, and presentation of our historic hotels. Reporting to the General Manager and supported by the Regional Maintenance Technician, you will perform planned and reactive maintenance across the property.
Key duties include PPm, general repairs, safety checks, basic plumbing and decorating, grounds upkeep, and contractor coordination, with upkeep of logs in our facilities management system.
