To help us on our mission, we are looking for a Bookings Assistant to join our fast-growing central bookings team based in Knutsford.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Assist with all restaurant booking enquiries both over the phone and through our booking system,
- Be the first point of contact for our customers providing them with great customer service throughout,
- Ideally have previous experience with events and reservations as well as booking systems,
- Manage their time confidently and demonstrate strong organisational skills.
This is a temporary role with the possibility of becoming permanent after 3 months. Given the nature of the role, we are seeking someone with a flexible schedule who is available to work weekends.
