To help us on our mission, we are looking for a Bookings Assistant to join our fast-growing central bookings team based in Knutsford.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all restaurant booking enquiries both over the phone and through our booking system.
  • Be the first point of contact for our customers providing them with great customer service throughout.
  • Ideally have previous experience with events and reservations as well as booking systems.
  • Confidently manage your time well and have strong organisational skills.
  • We are looking for someone who also has a flexible schedule and who is available to work weekends.
