We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Marketing Director to join the Mowgli senior leadership team.
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with our founder, you’ll lead the marketing agenda across the Mowgli estate, building our brand, driving sales growth, increasing covers and giving guests more reasons to come back for more. You’ll balance long-term brand building with short-term trading performance, making sure every marketing investment has a clear commercial purpose.
What you’ll do
- Own and deliver a sales-led marketing strategy focused on increasing covers, frequency and like-for-like sales.
- Build an annual and quarterly marketing calendar aligned to trading priorities, seasonal moments and operational capacity.
- Develop bold, compelling campaigns and offers that drive footfall while protecting the Mowgli brand and margins.
- Be the guardian of the Mowgli brand, ensuring our story, voice and personality shine across every guest touchpoint.
- Lead customer insight and use data to understand what drives visits, loyalty, and growth.
- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing marketing team, building capability and creating a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Act as a senior ambassador for Mowgli, both internally and externally.
