We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our People Team ahead of some exciting projects and plans.

You must be a people advocate and unequivocally passionate about our Mowgli mission, vision, and culture. You will embody our values in abundance possessing high emotional intelligence, a rational and pragmatic approach to tasks and a commitment to continual professional development to support best practice in the People Team.

As an HR Assistant you will:

  • Provide administrative HR support to the People Team including weekly and monthly reporting
  • Coordinate People meetings, including minute taking, action tracking and follow-up
  • Maintain and update People documentation, including contracts, templates, HR guides, recruitment materials and process documentation
  • Support Learning and Development with training feedback, new starter training plans and onboarding
  • Maintain People trackers including family leave, employee relations cases, Right to Work checks, sickness absence, probation reviews and sabbaticals
  • Manage People queries through shared inboxes, escalating issues where required
  • Support People projects, policy updates and continuous improvement activities

What we’re looking for:

  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an HR function
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A balanced and rational professional
  • An excellent, active listener
