The Studio Coordinator keeps the Mowalola studio running day to day and is the direct operational support to the Studio Manager. You'll manage the inboxes, calendars, systems, stock, and shipping, the detailed work everything else depends on, and you'll be the person the team goes to when something needs sorting. It's a broad, hands-on role with real exposure: fittings, shoots, launches, events and international logistics, in a small team where what you do is visible immediately. It suits someone early in their career who wants to understand how a fashion business actually runs rather than sit in one lane.

- Inventory, logistics coordinate with fulfilment partners on dispatch and order flow
- Handle inbound/outbound shipments, including international samples, with pro forma invoices and DHL tracking

- Maintain buyer and account records; coordinate delivery details between buyers, production and internal teams
- Support showroom and market appointments

- Resolve invoicing and delivery queries with suppliers
What we're looking for
- 1β3 years in a studio, production, operations or logistics role, internships and placements count
- Highly organised and detail-first, with a real instinct for finishing things and following up
- Confident with Google Workspace, Notion and spreadsheets; Shopify and shipping paperwork a plus
- Comfortable with physical work: moving stock, packing, setting up and resetting a studio
- Discreet, you'll see sensitive information daily
- Resilient and able to manage fast paced, high pressure environments, staying calm when several things land at once
- Real interest in the brand and in how a fashion business operates
