## 1. About Us.
We are a new, small, quality-led provider opening a 2 /3 bed children's home in Enfield for children aged 6-17 years with Learning Disabilities, Autism and communication needs.
We will open with 1 child for the first 3 months to ensure safe settling, relationship building and quality embedding, then build to 2 children with a potential to scale up to three.
Our approach is low arousal, communication first (Makaton/PECS/intensive interaction), PBS, PACE and child-centred care.

## 2. Job Purpose.
Lead in Ofsted registration interview and thereafter be the Ofsted Registered Manager, accountable for the day-to-day management of the home in line with Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards 2023.
To ensure children with LD experience a safe, low arousal, homely environment where their communication, sensory, health and independence needs are met and they achieve positive outcomes.
