EVENT SALES MANAGER

ABOUT US

This is a vital role at Moving Venue, account managing our highly prestigious portfolio of Museums, Palaces, Galleries and private clients in the London event catering market.

As London’s most experienced event caterers, Moving Venue is in its 42nd year this year, and was named Event Caterer of the Year twice in 2025.

With accreditations at over 30 venues in London, we cater to more than 300 events annually.

The scale and variety of these events demonstrate our expertise in handling challenging projects while consistently pushing the boundaries of what is achievable.

The Event Sales Manager holds the responsibility of managing essential relationships with the Events Teams at these venues.

It is imperative that we uphold our profile and preferred caterer status, facilitating the opportunity to present proposals for event enquiries received at these venues.

These enquiries must be managed with skill and an ability to stand out in a competitive market.

Each venue has its own annual revenue target, necessitating a tailor-made sales and marketing plan developed by the Event Sales Manager in collaboration with the Head of Sales and wider team.

Proactively, the Event Sales Manager must also possess a working knowledge of venues where we are not accredited.

We embrace opportunities to expand and enhance our portfolio, and the existing relationships held by the Event Sales Manager will be instrumental.

Our ongoing objective is for all Unique Venues in London to be aware of Moving Venue’s experience, passion, and talent, and to be ready to tender whenever an opportunity arises.

Over the past four decades, Moving Venue has proudly collaborated with a diverse range of corporate clients and luxury brands, solidifying our leadership in the catering market.

As we continue to grow, we invite dynamic individuals to join the Moving Venue team and flourish as an Event Sales Manager.
